We provide individual, adolescent, couples, and family therapy for a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, relationship conflicts, divorce, job related stress, life transition issues, and a variety of other life challenges.

Our therapists provide a specialized therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), for those who have experienced past or present traumatic events; childhood attachment or developmental trauma; or who are in careers with high level of chronic trauma exposure.

We treat those who are in careers who have chronic exposure to traumatic events and/or through their military career experienced trauma related to their service including police officers, EMS, ER and medical personnel, dispatchers, military, and veterans. We also see the families who support these individuals in their daily lives.
